Functionality

This patch makes entries in table CACS_DBC_EVENT_S.

This table is used to check if the database conversion for Release ERP 2005s (previously called ERP2007)or EHP3 for ERP2005 has been performed. The initial values are such that the conversion has not yet run. When the conversions have run individually, the table is automatically adjusted by the process.
