Functionality

This class encapsulates functions that adapt the processes of the commission case and document to the database conversion of the date and time fields (CLC, KNW, CHG und REV) using time stamps.

Some of the methods are adapted exactly to certain requirements that result from the changed coding and should therefore not be used without detailed knowledge.
