Functionality

Example Class for BAdI COCF_BD_SR_PDF_CUSTOMER.

Through the implementation of this class, the following functions are made available in the shift report:

  • A list of the goods movements that were entered within the time period of the shift report. These goods movements must relate to an order operation that has a work center covered by the shift report.
  • A listing of these orders on the cover page
  • The missing parts list for these orders is shown in the form of a table. The system invokes the standard report PPCMP000 and displays the output list of the report.

Relationships

To generate the shift report you must use the class CL_COCF_SR_PDF in Customizing for the shift report type.

For the selection of the goods movements, the date and time of the actual entry - not the document dateor posting date - is used. For this reason, a new index has to be created for the field CPUDT for the database table MKPF to avoid long runtimes.

Notes

To activate the above-mentioned functions, you must make the following settings in Customizing for the shift report type:

Area Cover Page :

  • In the Text ID field, choose the entry ORDT.

Area Customer's Own Data :

  • Sequence 1: In the ID field, choose theentry GMOV. In the Title field, enter Goods Movements for Order Operations as the text.
  • Sequence 2: In the ID field, choose theentry MPAR. In the Title field, enter Missing Parts List for Processed Orders as the text.
