Functionality

This class determines the case attributes in the case, including your customer enhancement. This classdelivers a structure that you need to specify by means of additional tags using the class CL_CRM_BRF_TAG_READ_FIELD to obtain evaluable result values.

Relationships

Parent tags	1. Any BOR object key (for example, GUID, BP number)
2. A case GUID
Possible runtime attributes	1. Runtime attribute must be the BOR type of the parent tag! (for example, BUS2000116 for service transactions)
2. If the parent tag is a case GUID, a runtime attribute (blank values) may not be specified.
