Functionality

Rules for cleansing organizational elements

1. The following conditions have to be fulfilled:

• Only business partners of the category "Organisation" may be referenced in org. elements of category "O".

• Only business partners of the category "Person" may be referenced in may be referenced in org. elements of the category "CP".

These conditions also have to be checked during the cleansing or grouping of business partners.

1. Existing connection between BP and org. managment category "O":

This cleansing is possible only if one of the BPs is not connected, or if both refer to the same org. element.

1. Existing connection between BP and org. managment category "CP":

This cleansing is possible only if one of the following statements is valid:

• One of the BPs has no connection

• Both refer to the same org. element

• The referenced central person belongs to the same position and has no users or the same user

Cleansing procedure

Information (connections) should be transferred from a source BP to a target BP.

1. Delimit old connection of source BP (if available)
2. Delimit old connection of target BP (if available)
3. Enter old connection of source BP at target BP (if available)
