Functionality

This class is an implementation for BAdI CRM_ICM_REC_DOCUMENT. It provides the following functionality:

• GET_ORIGIN
  If the document is uploaded from local hard disk, the origin is Upload from Local Hard Disc.
  If the document is being filed from a Content Management Business Object, the system determines the origin based on the business object type.

The system presents the result of this determination as follows:

• For business object typeTransaction:

Note: The above pointed brackets are placeholders that contain .

• SET_ATTRIBUTES_CRM2RM
  The reference number SRM_DOCUMENT_ID is generated according to the reference rule entered as connection parameter value SECOND_REF_RULE of the document's element type.
  Moreover, the attributes of the document are mapped as follows:

• NAME --> DESCRIPTION

• ORIGIN --> RMPS_DOM_SUBJECT

• DESCR --> RMPS_DOM_SUBJECT_DETAIL

• KEYWORD --> SRM_KEYWORD

• GET_ATTRIBUTES_RM2CRM
  The attributes of the document are mapped as follows:

• DESCRIPTION --> NAME

• RMPS_DOM_SUBJECT --> ORIGIN

• RMPS_DOM_SUBJECT_DETAIL --> DESCR

• SRM_KEYWORD --> KEYWORD

• CONVERT_CONTENT
  The content is notconverted to another format.
