Functionality

This class holds the implementation of most of the API functionality of the Multiple Payees functionalityon the IPM (Intellectual Property Management) project. It's an amalgamation of non-cohesive concerns.Most of its code is called from the CRM_BILLPLAN function modules to check and calculate values on the multiple payees table (the billplan set). It also holds the code for the "Copy Relationship" functionality.
