This event listener is used to synchronise the Pallet and Product Category
tabs. When a pallet is added or deleted, we need to BOM explode it and
define which product categories belong to this pallet. These product categories
are then added or subtracted from the product category tab.

The BOM is A list of all of the items that make up a product or assembly.
The list has a formal structure and states the name, quantity, and unit
of measure for each component.
