Functionality

The class CRM_PS_CAP supports the determination and assignment of a CRM business transaction to an existing or a new case in Case Management. The following methods are supported in this class:

• ASSIGN_CASE

This method carries out the determination and assignment of a case in Case Management for a new CRM business transaction.

• GET_ALG_DET

This method reads all details for a specific case determination algorithm.

• GET_BP

This method retrieves all of the business partners of a transaction that are assigned to the specified partner function.

• GET_BPFM

This method reads all details for a business partner function mapping.

• GET_CAP

This method gets all of the details for a case assignment profile.

• GET_CCS

This method reads all details for a case creation strategy.

• GET_CDS

This method reads all details for a case determination strategy.

• GET_CTDS_CATEGORY

This method reads the category of a case type determination strategy.

• SEARCH_CASES

This method searches for existing cases in Case Management. The assigned case determination strategy controls the behavior of this method.

• SET_ASSIGNMENT

This method assigns a new or an existing case in Case Management to a business transaction.
