Functionality

Default - Implementation for BAdI Definition ISHMED_PREFETCHING.

The ISHMED_PREFETCHING~PREFETCHING_LEISTUNGEN method implements a prefetching algorithm, which reads all documents according to routing rules and creates routing orders.

Routing rules define which documents with which document status should be forwarded to a requesting/performingOU combination. The routing rule provides the source and target of the forwarding. You must maintainthe document category, document version and the document version of study documents in order to be able to forward studies.

Relationships

The BAdI is called in the function module ISHMED_PREFETCHING. This function module is executed when study and exam documents are created.

Routing rules are maintained in table TN1ROUTINGusing the maintenance dialog.

Routing orders are stored in the table N1ROUTINGSPOOL.

Notes

You must perform two tasks in the IF_EXISHMED_PREFETCHING~PREFTCHING_LEISTUNGEN method in order to be able to create routing orders.

• You must specify the documents to be routed.

• You must define the routing orders. The function module ISHMED_INSERT_ROUTING will generaterouting orders for the transferred documents. Using a parameter you can control whether the system should filter the transferred documents according to the routing rules.
