Functionality

This class covers the reading, conversion, processing, and buffering of parameter effectivity for MDMchange management. Since parameter effectivity is only one part of validity as a whole, this class is used only by classes CL_ECM_VALIDITY and CL_ECM_VALIDITY_CONVERSION.
