CL_EHCSM_SPC_METADATA_ACCESS - API: Provides Meta Data or Customizing Data

Functionality

This class provides meta data and Customizing data that is necessary for UI rendering of data from EHS specification management. This class is located in package CBUI_BO.

The following are the public static methods with respect to meta data and access to Customizing data:

• CHECK_SPC_CAT_IN_TYPE
  This method checks if a given specification category belongs to a given specification type.

• CHECK_VAT_EXISTS
  This method checks if a given value assignment type does exist or not.

• GET_CHARACTERISTIC_VALUES
  This method get lists of assigned and allowed values of a requested characteristic based on a particular valuation instance.

• GET_GROUPS_BY_TYPE
  This method gets the list of all groups for a given group type.

• GET_PROPERTY_TREE
  This method returns all relevant node data for a given EHS specification propertytree. This method post-processes the nodes and enhances information like referenced or inherited valuations.

• GET_PROPERTY_TREE_LIST
  This method returns a list of available property trees. This method canin addition be used to filter only those property trees that are valid for a given specification instance. This specification instance is defined in the optional import parameter IS_SPC_HDR_KEY.

• GET_RATING_LIST
  This method gets a list of valid rating descriptions for a given language.

• GET_REGULATORY_LISTS
  This method gets a list of all valid regulatory lists.

• GET_RELATIONSHIP_TEMPLATES
  This method provides a list of possible relationship or inheritance templates.

• GET_SPC_COMPOSITION_TYPES
  This method retrieves all EHS Specification composition types available in the system.

• GET_SPC_NATURE_LIST
  This method gets a language dependent list of valid specification natures.

• GET_USAGE_PROFILE_DETAILS
  This method gets details for usage profile.

• GET_USAGE_PROFILE_LIST
  This method gets a list with all usage profiles.

• GET_VALIDITY_AREA_CAT_LIST
  This method gets a list of valid validity area category descriptions for a given language.

• GET_VALIDITY_AREA_LIST
  This method gets a list of valid validity area descriptions for a given language.

• GET_VAL_ASSESSMENT_LIST
  This method gets a list of valid assessments for a value assignment.

• GET_VAL_SOURCE_TYPE_LIST
  This method gets a language-dependent list of valid valuation source types.

• GET_VAL_SOURCE_LIST
  This method gets a language independent list of valid valuation sources.

• GET_SPC_VAT_CATEGORY_DESC
  Returns description for a particular value assignment type.

• GET_VAT_CUSTOMIZING
  This method retrieves the Customizing settings for a given value assignment type.

• GET_VAT_DEFINITION
  This method retrieves the Customizing settings and field information for a given value assignment type.

• GET_VAT_USER_DEF_TEXT_TYPES
  This method gets a list of customized user-defined text types for texts and documents for value assignments.
