Functionality

This class provides UI-related profile information that supports the API for EHS specification management and enables application development based on a Web UI. This class is located in package CBUI_BO.

Public Methods

CHANGE_VAT_ON_DISPLAY

For value assignment types related to EHS specifications, the behavior of retrieving the profile propertiesdiffers: The field names of the profile refer to the value assignment type on display. The value assignmenttype on display is defined either using the method RETRIEVE_VAL_INST_BY_VAT of CL_EHCSM_SPC_ACCESS orusing this public method CHANGE_VAT_ON_DISPLAY. The field properties of such value assignment type profilesare influenced by the Customizing settings in activity Settings for Value Assignment.

GET_ACTION_PROFILES

This class has only one public method GET_PROFILES that can be used to requested the profile for actions of one or more than one data node of an EHS specification.

GET_PROFILES

This class has only one public method GET_PROFILES that can be used to request the profile for one ormore than one data node of an EHS specification. Profiles for the following data exist; for each entity a public constant is defined in this class:

• GC_SPC_HDR
  Identifies specification header profile.

• GC_SPC_IDN
  Identifies specification identifier profile.

• GC_SPC_IDN_LTX
  Identifies specification identifier long text profile.

• GC_SPC_IDN_REG_LIST
  Identifies specification identifier regulatory list profile.

• GC_SPC_INIT
  Identifies access class initialization profile.

• GC_SPC_MAT
  Identifies specification material assignment profile.

• GC_SPC_REF
  Identifies specification reference profile.

• GC_SPC_REL
  Identifies specification relationship profile.

• GC_SPC_STATUS
  Identifies specification status profile.

• GC_SPC_VAL_ASSESSMENT
  Identifies specification valuation assessment profile.

• GC_SPC_VAL_CHAR_DATA
  Identifies specification valuation characteristics data profile.

  Identifies specification valuation composition or substance listing profile.

  Represents the UI with columns for the current valuation assignment type on display.

GET_PROFILES_FOR_INSTANCES

This method returns profile information based on particular data instances. This special handling isnecessary since profiles for specification identifiers, specification value assignments, and user-definedtexts based on specification value assignments can be changed depending on identifier instances, value assignment instances, and user-defined text instances based on value assignments.

GET_ACTION_PROF_FOR_INSTANCES

This method returns action profile information based on particular data instances. This special handlingis necessary since action profiles for specification relationships can be changed depending on relationship instances.
