Functionality
SE61 long texts are output as HTML pages. The call takes place using the method DOCU_GET_HTML.
Documents identified by ID, name, and language are returned as formatted HTML documents. In the case of message long texts, contents for message parameters can be transferred for the formatting.
Relationships
The HTML conversion is specifically intended for the use of SE61 long texts in Internet Communication Framework services (transaction SICF).

The special formatting (as in the relevant SAP tool) is not guaranteed for all documentation classes.You should check the use of this function before it is executed, including access to documents of other document classes via links.
In the case of links to documents that cannot be displayed, a return document is generated with the following text:
"Link is not executable. The document links to an object that does not exist in the SAP system or that cannot be displayed in the browser".
