Functionality

This example implementation checks and modifies the field attributes with which you have enhanced the marketing plan by using the Easy Enhancement Workbench with the enhancement type ISU_CHANNEL.

Relationships

The implementation is only relevant for you if your CRM system is connected to an SAP system with the IS-U Add-On (Utilities Industry Component) or an ERP system in which the Utilities business function set is activated.

If these prerequisites are fulfilled, the implementation enables you to execute a campaign with a bill supplement in IS-U.

Notes

If the implementation is relevant for you, proceed as follows:

1. In the IMG under Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> Campaign Execution -> Define Communication Medium, specify a communication medium with the communication method 'Open Channel'.
2. Maintain this communication medium in the IMG under Industry-Specific Solutions -> Utilities Industry -> Campaign Management -> Define Settings for Campaign Management using IS-U Bill Supplement.
3. Copy this example implementation to an active implementation of BAdI CRM_MKTPL.
