Functionality

This is a representative example for characteristic derivations. The time characteristic 'calender year' is derived from the other time characteristics, which contain 'calender year' as a component.

The info broker is relieved by the assignment of documents to the time characteristics, as an assignment to the time characteristic 'calender year' also takes place automatically.
