Functionality

The reporter class provides the following information for work items for the collection history:

• Creation of a work item

• Result code

• Collection specialist and department

• Items of the work item

Relationships

The event category for events for work items is 0003.

If required, this report provides the following context information:

• Header items of work items

• History items of work items

• Items of a work item
  
  

If required, the reporter can also process contexts of the event category for dunning notices (0001) that the classCL_FICA_COLLHIST_DUNNING uses.
