Guide to connecting a view or view cluster to the configuration:

1. Maintain table entries

Maintain the table entries using transaction FINB_V_TO_CONFIG (for views) or FINB_VCL_TO_CONFIG (for view clusters).

2. Read from and save in configuration

Call up the transaction SE54 and define the read and save times for the view or view cluster (view: times AA and AB, view cluster: times RE and SV).

Call up the method READ of the class CL_FINB_GENERIC_VIEW_MAINT at the read time and the method SAVE of the class CL_FINB_GENERIC_VIEW_MAINT at the save time.

3. Compare database tables if necessary

If the database tables need to be updated, create a callback class for the component (using the programFINB_CONTENT_REGISTER). In the method ACTIVATE of the callback class, call up the method ACTIVATE of the class CL_FINB_GENERIC_VIEW_MAINT.
