CL_FMHIE_TREE_TRAVERSAL - Iterator for tree traversal (only preorder right now)

Functionality

Works for tree structures with the fields NODE_OBJNR, CHILD, PARENT, NEXT_SIBLING, ROOT, HLEVEL.
Each node ID field has to be a character-based type with maximum length of 40.

The tree itself has to be stored in the instance of CL_BUBAS_MASS_HASHED_BUFFER.

The fields ROOT and HLEVEL are not relevant for the traversal.
