Functionality

This class delivers the framework for using the Structure Navigation IView (SNI), that you can use todisplay mixed hierarchies. It is the standard implementation of interface F_SNI_TREE for the connection to the Web Dynpro front end of the SNI.

Relationships

To connect an application to the SNI framework, application-specific settings and program logic are required at the following places:

• Database Tables:

• FPB_SNI_APPL: Definition and basic settings for a hierarchy application

• FPB_SNI_HIER: Definition and basic settings for an individual hierarchy

• FPB_SNI_APHIER: Hierarchies that are used in a hierarchy application

• FPB_SNI_HIEROBJ: Objects that are used in a hierarchy

• FPB_SNI_SUBOBJ: Possible subnode relationships in a hierarchy

• FPB_SNI_FPB_SNI_SEARCHF: General search criteria in a hierarchy

• FPB_SNI_FPB_SNI_SEARCHO: Object-specific search criteria in a hierarchy

• Texts in domain fixed values

• FPB_OBJTYPE: Name of object types

• FPB_SNI_HIERTYPE: Name of hierarchy

• FPB_SNI_HIERTYPE: Name of search criteria

• Implementation of the following interfaces:

• IF_FPB_SNI_APP (optional)

• IF_FPB_SNI_HIER

• IF_FPB_SNI_OBJECTS

• IF_FPB_SNI_SUBOBJ
