Functionality

With this class you can ascertain whether or not the Garbage Collector has been started. First you haveto call the registration method NEW_HANDLE. It returns an object with which you call the method GC_RUNS.This method returns the information whether or not the Garbage Collector has run (return value = 'X') or not (return value = ' '). 'Run' means that an object was deleted.
