Functionality

This class provides an interface for comparing two different layers in the ECL 2D Viewer with each other.The two layers to be compared must be loaded into the Viewer. If more than two layers are loaded, you must select the two layers you want to compare. You can use the function module 'COMPARELAYERS'.

The comparison is made using the method 'COMPARE_LAYERS'. After the comparison is complete, layer 1is red, and layer 2 is green. A third layer which shows the intersection of the two layers compared has been generated and can be displayed.

Relationships

Since the COM object represented by this ABAP class is passed by a method of the 2D Viewer (cl_gui_ecl_2dviewer), a reference to the corresponding instance is absolutely required and is passed in the constructor.
