Functionality

In the method ON_CONTACT_STARTED the first lookup of the contact is done.

The contact to the EIC is analysed and the interaction is started by the method PROCESS_INTERACTION_STARTED. This is processed after the agent has accepted the call/email/chat and the interaction is started.

Within the method PROCESS_INCOMING_REQUEST, the employee search is done.
