The report program REHS_SARA31X provides you with the data you need for the reports prescribed by theU.S. Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA). With the SAP enhancement EHSSARA, you can adapt the output of this report program to your own requirements and print out additional data if necessary.

Note:

If you print out additional data, you must also adapt the layout for the list output.

The SAP enhancement EHSSARA comprises the following exit function modules:

• In the exit EXIT_REHS_SARA31X_001 you can adapt the header to the individual plants and work areas.The structure X_HEADER_DATA_WA is passed to the exit. This has the structure of the DDIC structure CCIHS_SARA_MASTER. In the standard system, the following fields are filled:

• waid

• wanam

• waplant

• waplantnam

• stge_loc

• descr_storage_loc

• date_from

• date_to

In the exit you can change these fields, and determine and output values for the following fields that are not filled in the standard system:

• facility_information

• sic_code

• dunn_and_brad_number

• owner_or_operator_name

• emergency_contacts

• In the exit EXIT_REHS_SARA31X_002 you can adapt the item values for the individual plants and work areas for the layout SARA 312 TierI. The structure X_ITEM_DATA_2_WA (corresponds to the DDIC structure CCIHS_SARA_SLAVE2) is passedto the exit. The structure contains the following fields that you can fill in accordance with your requirements:

• waid

• no_of_haz_cat

• hazard_category

• max_daily_amount

• avg_daily_amount

• unit_amount

• number_of_days_on_site

• location

In the standard system the location field is not filled.

• In the exit EXIT_REHS_SARA31X_003 you can adapt the item values for the individual plants and workareas for the layouts SARA 311 and SARA 312 TierII. The structure X_ITEM_DATA_WA (corresponds to the DDIC structure CCIHS_SARA_SLAVE) is passed to the exit. The structure contains the following fields that you can fill in accordance with your requirements:

• waid

• epid

• cas_number

• chemical_name

• cas_category

• flg_pure

• state_of_matter

• flg_hazard_category_1

• flg_hazard_category_2

• flg_hazard_category_3

• flg_hazard_category_4

• flg_hazard_category_5

• max_daily_amount

• avg_daily_amount

• unit_amount

• number_of_days_on_site

• container_type

• temperature

• pressure

• location

In the standard system the following fields are not filled.

• state_of_matter

• container_type

• temperature

• pressure

• location
