Functionality

Use this enhancement for the disaggregation of Sales and Distribution and Customer Service, to determine theuser status for theserviceorders in the SAP Standard System. This enhancement is mandatory, and the process cannot continue without the user status.

The relevant data of the customerorder is transferred via the ISU_SDSM_ORDER IDoc from the IS-U System to the SAP Standard System. During inbound processing of this IDoc, a service order is created for each item of the customer order. Function moduleEXIT_SAPLEEWM_SDSM_CORE_003 is used to determine a user status for each service order, based on theserviceproduct, and allocate it to the service order. With this user status you can select the completed service orders later using reportREWM_ISU_SDSM_COMP, and transfer them to the IS-U System via IDocs from category ISU_SDSM_COMP.

Notes

In the SAP Standard System, only the logistics-relevant substeps (such as service order and resourceplanning) are processed. For this reason the installation of the SAP Utilities component in this system is optional.
