IS-OIL: Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW) User Exit

Modifies the ticket table on incoming IDoc´s. In the first phase of TSW, the user exit is used to derive the version number of incoming tickets out of the ticket number.

The user exit is dependent on the IDoc-sending carrier and the rule in partner role parameters, including the ticket table, carrier-ID, and rule.
