Definition

This authorization object controls authorization checks in the area of Transportation Management (TM) in Extended Warehouse Management.

Defined fields

• ACTVT

You use this authorization field to specify which activities are permitted. The input help for thisfield was adjusted to the authorization requirements of authorization object C_APO_TPVS. The following activities are possible (documents are shipment documents or freight documents that are processed in TM):

• 01,,Add or create document

• 02,,Change document

• 03,,Display document

• 04,,Print document

• 06,,Delete document

• 16,,Execute transaction

• 24,,Archive document

• 25,,Reload document after archiving

• /SCTM/TPP Transportation planning point

You can use the transportation planning point to restrict access to documents by their organizational structure.

• /SCTM/SHPT Shipment type

You can also use the shipment type to define further restrictions for shipment documents.

• /SCTM/FRDT Freight document type

You can also use the freight document type to define further restrictions for freight documents.

• /SCTM/CAT Document category

You can also use this field to control authorizations for TM documents of various categories. You can find the permitted values in the input help.
