Definition
You can use this object to check the management of account assignment data in the SCM system.
The authorization object is used for the management of account assignment data in the SCM system (report /SCWM/RACC_IMP_ERP_UI, transaction /SCWM/ACC_IMP_ERP).
Defined fields
Party Entitled to Dispose:
The party entitled to dispose that you enter must be an existing business partner. It is a good ideato maintain only the authorizations for the parties entitled to dispose that are assigned to an ERP plant for the management of account assignment data in the SCM system.
Account Assignment Category:
The entered account assignment category must be maintained in Customizing.
Account assignment categories can be maintained in Customizing under ExtendedWarehouse Management -> Outbound Delivery -> DefineAccount Assignment Categories or under Extended Warehouse Management->Interfaces -> ERP-Integration -> Delivery Processing -> Define Account Assignment Categories.
Activity:
Allowed activities are '02' Change, '03' Displayand '06' Delete. When you start the report for managing account assignment categories, the following activities are tested independently of the input parameters:
- Parameter Test Run set: In this case, an authorization is necessary for activity '03' Display.
- Parameter Delete set, Test Run not set: In this case, an authorization is required for activity '06' Delete.
- Parameter Create set, Test Run not set: In this case, an authorization is required for activity '02' Change.
