Definition

Authorization for inventory processing. The authorization includes creation, displaying and changing (counting, recounting, posting, deleting, printing) a physical inventory document.

The object is checked during:

1. Creation, displaying, changing (counting, recounting, posting, deleting, printing) of inventory documents ( transactions /SCWM/PI_CREATE, /SCWM/PI_PROCESS, /SCWM/MON, /SCWM/PI_COUNT, /SCWM/PI_COUNTLIST) .
2. Correction of inventory differences ( transactions /SCWM/DIFF_ANALYZER)
3. Downloading storage bins and stock data ( transaction /SCWM/PI_UPLOAD).
4. Uploading storage bins and counting data ( transaction /SCWM/PI_DOWNLOAD ).
5. Printing inventory documents ( transaction /SCWM/PRPI_DOC ).

In the RF environment, the object is checked while an inventory document is being counted.

/SCWM/ENTL - party entitled to dispose
