Definition

This authorization object controls access to the following audit components:

• Audit plan

• Question list

• Audit

• Corrective and preventive action

Defined fields

• The authorization group is defined in Customizing and assigned to the relevant audit component.

• The activity used to access audit components (for example, create, change, delete, display an auditcomponent), to release an audit component (apart from corrective and preventive actions), and to controlpartner-dependent access to an audit component (audit-specific role) is controlled using this authorization object.
  When partner-dependent access is attempted, the system checks if the user is assigned to the audit component as a business partner. The business partner knows the user name in this case.

• The audit type is also defined in Customizing. A check is only performed in the audit component 'Audit'.
