Definition

You use this authorization object to define whether a user is permitted to carry out the following activities for appropriation requests that are assigned to a given controlling area:

• Functions for master data maintenance

• Planning functions

• The assignment of appropriation request variants to versions of the investment program

Defined fields

The following fields are assigned to the authorization object:

• Controlling area

• Action category, which includes the following categories:

• 01 = Create

• 02 = Change

• 03 = Display

• 05 = Lock/unlock (status management)

• 06 = Delete

• 33 = Process plan values

• 34 = Display plan values

• 43 = Release (status management)

• 46 = Approve (status management)

• 79 = Process assignments of appropriation request variants to investment program versions
