Definition

You use this authorization object to determine whether the activities DisplayBudget and Display Budget Detail are permitted for the user for specific (budget-bearing) account assignment objects.

Defined fields

The object consists of the fields Activity, Account Assignment Categoryand Account Assignment Object.

1. Activity

There are two possible types, 03 for the overview display (by RFC from the CO System) and 28 for the detail display (by BW report). The entry * means that both are possible.

2. Account Assignment Category and Object

With this combination, you determine for which account assignment objects the user may display the budget.
