Definition

SRM: General access authorizations in EBP

The general access authorization for a function or transaction is normally checked using the authorizationobject S_TCODE. In the EBP, some functions are started directlyfrom Web transactions that do not involve a backend transaction. These are therefore not checked against the authorization object S_TCODE.

Some of these functions are secured by checking against the authorization object BBP_FUNCT.

Defined fields

BBP_FUNCT - Function in the EBP (for authorization checks)

Possible values:

• CR_COMPANY
  Create a new purchasing company in the EBP

• MON_ALERTS
  Use monitoring functions in the EBP

• CR_ASSETS
  Create asset master

• BE_F4_HELP
  Call backend input help from the EBP

• EVAL_VEND
  Evaluate vendors

• CTR_NOV
  Mass change of vendor in all related contracts
  (on takeover of one vendor by another - novation)

• PO_NOV
  Mass change of vendor in all related purchase orders
  (on takeover of one vendor by another - novation)

• GLOB_ACCSS - (In SUS) Authorization to confirm other users' purchase orders
