Definition

This autorization object determines if the user has the authority to perform business activities on collateral agreements in an administration organizational unit. The authorization object is triggered when the user:

• Selects a collateral agreement in the workbench hitlist.

• Navigates to a collateral agreement from the Overview tab page of another collateral entity (collateral agreement, collateral object or a receivable).

• Runs a report on collateral agreements from the CMS Area Menu.

The authorization checks ensure that the workbench hitlist shows only those collateral agreements of the administration organizational units to which the user is authorized.

Defined fields

The fields in the authorization object are:

• Administrative organizational unit

• Business activities for collateral agreements

• Process control area for collateral agreements

• Collateral agreement process control key

• Change request types for collateral agreements
