Definition

Authorization object C_APO_PRPF is used in interactive forecasting (transaction /SAPAPO/SDP94), executionof forecasting in the background, maintenance of the forecast profile (transaction /SAPAPO/MC96B), andin assignment of forecast profiles to selections (transaction /SAPAPO/MSDP_FCST2). It allows detailedmaintenance of authorizations for forecast profiles (master forecast profile, univariate forecast profile, MLR forecast profile, and composite forecast profile).

Defined fields

The ACTVT, APO_PRPFL, APO_STATPF, APO_MLRPF, and APO_COMPPF fields are available for the maintenance of the C_APO_PRPF authorization object.

The following activities are available for the ACTVT field:

• 02 (Change): Change existing forecast profile or create a new forecast profile.

• 03 (Display): Display an existing forecast profile.

• 16 (Execute): Execute the forecast with the corresponding forecast profile, interactively as well as in the background.

The APO_PRPFL, APO_STATPF, APO_MLRPF, and APO_COMPPF fields specify the descriptions of the master forecastprofile, the univariate forecast profile, the MLR forecast profile, and the composite forecast profile, for which an authorization check is carried out.

To assign a single forecast profile to a master forecast profile, you need the authorization 02 (change)for the master profile, and one of the authorizations 02 (change), 03 (display), or 16 (execute) for the single forecast profile.
