Definition
This authorization object is used within the UI framework of the CRM WebClient.
Within this UI framework it is possible to define entries in a navigation bar. Some of these entriesstart the HTML based UI of a remote system, e.g. a BI report, a transaction within SAP GUI for HTML or just whatever URL. The latter two examples are possible within a so called launch transaction.
The technical details of a navigation bar entry are defined in a so called logical link. There existdifferent types of logical links. Remote UIs are currently started for the logical link types C (Launch transaction) and D (BI report).
The further details of a launch transaction or a BI report are available with a specific ID. This ID is also part of the definition of the logical link. In there it is maintained as a link parameter.
Therefore this authorization object contains both fileds the logical link type and the logical link parameter.
During loading the navigation bar entries of a specific user this authorization object is called. It checks for every maintained navigation bar entry with an assigned logical link type C and D.
Defined fields
Logical link type
This field is of type CRMT_UI_LOGICAL_LINK_TYPE. Its possible values are stored in the domain of thesame name. There exist fixed domain values. Only the valus of a launch transaction and a BI report make sense in the context of this authorization object.
Logical link parameter
This field is of type CRMT_UI_LOGICAL_LINK_TYPE. Its valid values have to be part of either table CRMC_IC_LTX_ID (field LTX_ID) or table CRMC_BI_REPORTS (field REPID).
Field Maintenance
The maintenance of BI report ids make only sense in case that the logical link type of BI reports is allowed as well. The same applies for launch transactions and lauch transaction ids.
