DRF_ADM - Creating Outbound Messages

Definition
The authorization object DRF_ADM controlsthe authorization for the creation of outbound messages . The system checks the DRF_APPL and DRF_SERV fields using this authorization object. For these checks, the following options are available:
- ,,Activity 51 for the processing modes Initialization and Changes
- ,,Activity 49 for the processing mode Manual Request
- ,,Activity 94 for the pointer Override Configured Filters
- ,,Activity 65 for the pointer Process Data Records with Delete Information
In addition, the authorization object DRF_ADM controls the authorization for defining explicit filters when maintaining filters (transactionDRFF). The system checks the following fields:
- DRF_APPL
- DRF_FOBJ
- DRF_SERV.
You can define filters either on the level of Replication Modeland Filter Object, or on the more detailed level of Replication Model, FilterObject, and Outbound Implementation. Accordingly, the authorization check in when maintaining filters also depends on the relevant entry. The following options are available:
- ,,Activity 23 for defining filters
- ,,Activity 03 for displaying filters
- ,,Activity 06 for deleting filters

- DRF_SERV
Outbound implementation that you have assigned to a replication and through which the system creates the corresponding outbound message
- DRF_FOBJ
Filter object that you have assigned to a replication model.
