2010-07-31: I62 stable again, but still a bit slow today
The Basis SP 07 is installed. But, as we are doing ABAP compiling now, it will stay a bit slow today ...
2010-07-31: I62 instable because of Basis SP07
Today, we are applying Basis SP07 - therefore the system will be pretty instable.
2010-03-27: System I62 available again ;-)
As planned, the IDES-System is available again. As in this server farm is a second similar system, that needs to be up, we expect a further downtime in the next weeks. We will let you know again.
2010-03-26: Finally we reached the Downtime today on Friday ;-)
So, most of today and perhaps a bit on the weekend, the IDES System will be down because of Upgrade to EHP4.
2010-03-20: EHP4 Installation will happen and downtime will occur
In order to update the system from EHP3 to EHP4, we need a downtime shortly. We will let you know, when the downtime is reached. We do expect, that the system will be available again about 1 day later.
2009-10-28: Password request is working again
Everything is working fine again ;-)
2009-10-26: No Password requests possible
Due to hardware problems it is not possible to request a password at the moment. We hope to solve the problem until 28.10.2009.
2009-10-22: IDES will be down on 23rd November from 8:00 - 9:00:
In order to update the kernel, the system will be down on 23.10.2009 from 8:00am to 9:00 am.
2009-07-22: I62 Information was Moved to the Forum ...
In order to keep one single point of information, we decided to move updates of this page to the forum. So, if the system is not available, you should check the forum for announcements. One good link for that would be:

2009-07-16: I62 memory issues solved
We had memory issues for the webgui. These issues are solved now. They were caused due to high load on the system that is more and more increasing lately. We do hope, that this is ok for now.
2009-07-13: I62 is live on the new Hardware ;-)
As of now, I62 is available again and runs on the new hardware and should be a bit faster etc.
2009-07-10: I62 is down because of move-tests
At the moment, we are dealing with the hoster in order to detect the problem of the move. We seem to create illegal IP packets. After that, we will decide how to move the system ...
It will be started shortly and then will be offline again for the final system move. We will most likely loose no data as we are copying online with a recvory afterwards.
2009-06-29: I62 is up again on the old hardware ...
During our copy attempts, the hoster recogniced this copy of the data as a DoS attack and therefore stopped the server. The server is online again, but therefore not copied to the new hardware ... This will happen in a few weeks.
2009-06-25: I62 will be down because of Server Upgrade
At the moment, we are moving the system I62 to another server. The new server has the double of RAM and disks. It will be available on monday or perhaps even earlier. We are sorry, that this information came that shortly, but this fits into our time schedule right now. Therefore, the server will be a lot faster afterwards for everybody of you ;-)))
2009-04-16: Installation Support Packages successful => I62 available again
As the installation was shot very fast from our consultant, it could be released now already. So, you can work again.
2009-04-15: Installation Support Packages for EHP3
As we have to update the system, we implement support packages right now. Most likely, the system will be down until monday.
2009-04-05: Short Restart of the System I62
We had to restart the server shortly. It is working properly again.
2009-02-21: Update - Server Working again - but still with Missing disk ...
At the moment, the server is working again, but one disk dies. So, we will have a downtime next week in order to fix that ...
2009-02-21: Registration for new Users not Working Right Now
At the moment, one of the necessary systems for the registration of new users is not properly working. Therefore, you either are not able to register for new users or the request in the backend systems gets lost. Therefore, you should reapply for a new user when you do not receive any confirmation when we write in this board, that it is working again. Sorry for the inconvenience, but as you know, this is a free of charge system and therefore, this is not first priority for our business.
2008-12-22: Support Packs (EhP3 SP03) are installed - System available again
As the Support Packs are successfully installed, you can make use of the I62 system again. As we had to lock out all users for this, you need to unlock your users again as you are used to already. The system will be a bit slower than used to in the next 2 hours because terh load generation is running right now.
2008-12-21: Support Packs (EhP3 SP03) are being installed right now - we expect the system to be available again on tuesday
Please do not use the system until tuesday, as we are installing the latest Support Packs. We will let you know here, when the system is ok again.
2008-12-16: We plan to install the latest Support Packs (EhP3 SP03)
We want to update the I62 system soon. We will let you know with short notice, when this really happens. It will take 1-2 days in total. During that time, you cannot work with the system.
2008-12-16: All users needed to be locked because of licensing issues
We had some trouble and had to lock all users. But, you can unlock yourself as you are used to at http://ides.consolut.eu/user. Then you can work with the system as usual.
