/BSNAGT/RARC_WRITE - Archive Selected Messages

Purpose

This report writes selected messages to an archive. The archiving object /BSNAGT/AO is used to archive message data from the table /BSNAGT/FILE_INF and message status data from the tables CRM_JSTO and CRM_JEST.

Prerequisites

You have maintained the residence time for each message type in Customizing for Financial Services Network Connector under Maintain Residence Time for Message Archiving.

Activities

You perform the following activities:

  • Select Messages to Archive
In this step, you select the messages to be archived and the system sets a flag to indicate that the messages are ready for archiving. To perform this step, on the SAP Easy Accessscreen, choose Financial Services Network Connector ->Message Archiving->Select Messages to Archive.
  • Archive Selected Messages
In this step, the selected messages are copied to the archive. To perform this step, on the SAP Easy Accessscreen, choose Financial Services Network Connector ->Message Archiving->Archive Selected Messages.
  • Delete Archived Messages
In this step, the archived messages are deleted from the database. To perform this step, on the SAP Easy Accessscreen, choose Financial Services Network Connector ->Message Archiving->Delete Archived Messages.
  • Reload Archived Messages
In this optional step, you can reload archived messages to the database, if necessary. To perform this step, on the SAP Easy Accessscreen, choose Financial Services Network Connector ->Message Archiving->Reload Archived Messages.
