Purpose

You can use this report to execute various runs that are necessary for data procurement and forwarding from/to the operational systems.

These can include:

• Preliminary run for interfaces

In this step, data required for update is read from the operational systems.

• Offline data transfer

Used for the batch run for supplying operational systems if the interfaces are not to be supplied online.

• Summarization and forwarding cashflow documents to FS-CD

• Accumulation and forwarding of non-cashflow documents to G/L

• Correspondence run

The transaction code determines which process is executed.

Integration

Prerequisites

For offline data transfer, you have defined that the appropriate interface is to be supplied offline (flag Offline is set for the destination) in the Customizing settings for integration (under Policy Management → Integration →Make Basic Settings for Interfaces to Operational Systems).
