Purpose

You can use this report to execute the scheduled correspondences untill a specific target date.

Integration

Prerequisites

Valid master policies exist in the system.

Recurring correspondences are scheduled for these master policies.

Features

Enter the following mandatory data:

• Master policy number

• Target date: Date untill which the scheduled correspondence needs to be executed

Enter data in the optional fields, if required.

After completing the field and executing the report, the correspondence documents are created and released for each occurrence date in the schedule.

You can display the documents either in the correspondence container (if the correspondence type is not set to "Print Immediately") or in the spool of the printer (if the correspondence type is set to "Print Immediately")

You can view the execution log by choosing Display log.
