Purpose

This report generates the access codes for the bulk sales order. It lists the access codes that are equal to the bulk sales order quantity.

The report generates a Unique Group Access Code and the list of sub access codes equal to license count and sends the generated access code details to the Company Administrator (CA) and the Learning Manager (LM) that you have selected from the list of all LMs. The report also updates the access code table with the Validity Period.

Example

The selection criteria are as follows:

• Sales Order - 1069

• Regenerate indicator - Check or Uncheck the indicator

The report:

• Generates the success message for the access code and updates the table with the same

• Sends the generated access code details through email to the default CA and the selected LM from the list of LMs
