dynp/trans_id_format defines the format of the LUW ID. Among other
things, this is used within the SAP kernel as an update key, and is
a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID).

The possible values are:

1 The LUW ID has the UUID format used elsewhere in SAP R/3
2 The LUW ID is created using parameter
%%rdisp/vb_key_comp%%

This parameter does not normally need to be changed. However, there
are database systems (DB2 on OS/390) for which format 2 is better.
