Diagnosis

The association is "create enabled" but the the appendant class contains no implementation of the "create" method.

Procedure

For implemented associations, which are modeled as "create enabled", the "create" method of the interface "/BOPF/IF_FRW_ASSOCIATION" has to be implemented for the implementation class.
