Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The IBM-supplied user profile critical to reclaim storage is missing or damaged.
Recovery . . . : Restore the operating system and select the option to restore programs and language objects on the Specify Install Options display. Then, run the reclaim storage operation (RCLSTG command) again. See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for the procedure for restoring the operating system.
